Over VPTZ<\/h2>\n

VPTZ Zuidoost Friesland staat voor: V<\/b>rijwilligers P<\/strong>alliatieve T<\/strong>erminale Z<\/strong>org Zuidoost Friesland.<\/p>\n

De Stichting VPTZ Zuidoost Friesland heeft als doelstelling de stervende mens en zijn\/haar directe omgeving zo goed en comfortabel mogelijk te begeleiden. Onze goed opgeleide vrijwilligers bieden aanvullende mantelzorg. Belangrijke punten daarbij zijn aandacht, praktische en emotionele ondersteuning aan deze terminaal zieke mensen en hun naasten. Dit is ongeacht de afkomst, levensovertuiging, geloof en welke geaardheid dan ook.<\/p>\n

De vrijwilligers van Stichting VPTZ Zuidoost Friesland leveren een professionele en zeer gewaardeerde aanvulling op de bestaande zorg. Als dat in de thuissituatie niet meer mogelijk is, dan biedt ons Hospice Smelnehaven een goede opvang.<\/p>\n

De stichting is aangesloten bij VPTZ Nederland en werkt volgens het VPTZ Kwaliteitskompas.<\/p>\n

Vrijwilligers bieden aanvullende mantelzorg<\/h3>\n

De\u00a0vrijwilligers van VPTZ (Vrijwilligers Palliatieve Terminale Zorg) zijn goed opgeleid. Zij bieden\u00a0vrijwilligerszorg<\/a>, aandacht, praktische en emotionele ondersteuning aan terminaal zieke mensen met een levensverwachting tot ca. 3 maanden en hun naasten.<\/p>\n

De geboden hulp in de thuissituatie en in Hospice Smelnehaven is bedoeld voor de inwoners van de gemeenten:<\/p>\n
