AVG: Waarom bewaren we de persoonsgegevens:<\/h1>\n<\/div>

Cli\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/p>\n

gegevens met medische achtergrond informatie, medicijn gebruik en andere relevante gegevens die van belang zijn voor een goede verzorging van de cli\u00ebnt. Gegevens van de familieomstandigheden, familieleden een contactpersoon. Deze gegevens zijn nodig om de cli\u00ebnten zo optimaal mogelijk te kunnen verzorgen en de juiste familie- of contactpersonen van de cli\u00ebnt van de juiste informatie te voorzien.
\nNa het overlijden van de cli\u00ebnt moeten de gegevens nog 10 jaar bewaard blijven in verband met de verantwoording en controle van de afgegeven subsidie van WVS.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Donateurs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

persoonsgegevens zijn nodig om jaarlijks de donatie te innen en om met deze belangrijke doelgroep effici\u00ebnt te kunnen communiceren.
\nNadat de donateur heeft aangegeven geen donaties meer te willen geven, kunnen deze gegevens verwijderd worden. 1 Jaar na opzegging donateurschap kunnen de gegevens vernietigd worden.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Sponsoren:<\/strong><\/p>\n

deze contactgegevens zijn openbaar en vallen niet binnen deze regeling. Zijn geen persoonsgegevens, maar organisatie gegevens.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Vrijwilliger:<\/strong><\/p>\n

De organisatie kan zien wie bij hem in vrijwillige dienst is. De gegevens worden gebruikt om te communiceren. Nagaan welke opleidingen tijdens de vrijwilligersperiode gevolgd is en nagaan wanneer iemand voor het laatst bijgeschoold is.
\nNa afloop van het contract, kunnen de gegevens worden verwijderd. 1 jaar na het be\u00ebindigen van de vrijwilligersovereenkomst kunnen de persoonsgegevens vernietigd worden. Eventueel langer, met instemming vrijwilliger, voor uitnodigingen speciale bijeenkomsten (re\u00fcnie of jubileum)<\/p>\n<\/div>

Personeel:<\/strong><\/p>\n

De werkgever kan zien wie bij hem in dienst is, welk salaris iemand verdient en wanneer het salaris van een werknemer voor de laatste keer is verhoogd. Om een goede administratie bij te kunnen houden, moet een organisatie bepaalde persoonsgegevens een tijd bewaren. Voor sommige gegevens uit het personeelsdossier geldt een fiscale bewaarplicht. Dit betekent dat de Belastingdienst de werkgever verplicht om die gegevens een bepaalde periode te bewaren. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn de loonbelastingverklaring en een kopie van het identiteitsbewijs. Deze moet uw werkgever 5 jaar bewaren nadat u uit dienst bent. Voor andere gegevens uit uw personeelsdossier bestaan geen wettelijke bewaartermijnen. Voor die gegevens is de richtlijn: een bewaartermijn van 2 jaar nadat u uit dienst bent.<\/p>\n<\/div>
