In deze fase bieden de VPTZ-vrijwilligers ondersteuning zodat deze laatste levensfase op een &#8216;zo goed mogelijke&#8217; manier doorleefd kan worden. De vrijwilligers brengen rust en concrete hulp in de zorg die mantelzorgers zelf geven.<br \/>\nWij willen u in dit document informeren over hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens bewaren en gebruiken.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_3 1_3 fusion-one-third\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:33.333333333333%;width:calc(33.333333333333% - ( ( 4% + 4% ) * 0.33333333333333 ) );margin-right: 4%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><strong>Persoonsgegevens<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Er kunnen verschillende redenen zijn waarom VPTZ Zuidoost Friesland (VPTZ ZO Friesland) uw persoonsgegevens verzamelt en verwerkt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zo zullen we bij de intake voor een hulpaanvraag in elk geval vragen om uw naam en adres en andere benodigde contactgegevens.<\/li>\n<li>Wanneer u als vrijwilliger bij VPTZ ZO Friesland wilt meehelpen, zullen wij uw contactgegevens en de gegevens uit uw cv verwerken.<\/li>\n<li>Als u een donatie wilt doen aan VPTZ ZO Friesland verwerken wij onder andere uw contactgegevens en bankrekeningnummer, en eventueel of u wilt dat uw donatie anoniem blijft.<\/li>\n<li>Tot slot verwerken wij ook u contactgegevens van u als u leverancier bent voor VPTZ ZO Friesland.<\/li>\n<li>Wanneer u zich aanmeldt voor de nieuwsbrief of andere nieuwsuitingen zoals een jaarverslag van VPTZ ZO Friesland, zullen wij uw naam en e-mailadres verwerken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-3 fusion_builder_column_1_3 1_3 fusion-one-third fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:33.333333333333%;width:calc(33.333333333333% - ( ( 4% + 4% ) * 0.33333333333333 ) );\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p><strong>VPTZ Zuidoost Friesland<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>draagt zorg voor een zorgvuldige en veilige verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, waarbij we ons altijd houden aan de eisen uit de privacywetgeving. Zo zullen we uw gegevens niet langer bewaren dan noodzakelijk is en ook zullen we uw gegevens niet delen met derden, tenzij dit voor het werkproces noodzakelijk is of wij hier van u toestemming voor hebben gekregen. Uw toestemming kunt u altijd intrekken.<br \/>\nWe zullen passende maatregelen nemen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw persoonsgegevens bij ons veilig zijn en dat misbruik van deze gegevens zo goed mogelijk voorkomen wordt. De toegang tot uw persoonsgegevens is afgeschermd voor onbevoegden. Daarnaast zullen we onze beveiligingsmaatregelen regelmatig controleren en waar nodig updaten, zodat uw gegevens altijd goed beveiligd zijn. Uw persoonsgegevens zullen we niet langer dan noodzakelijk bewaren.
